The staff were good and kind as well, wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The venue was in a very central location right by the train / bus line, many restaurants, shops, casino, and good cafes. I visited Papadam, based close to the hotel, had dinner there.

Good choice for exploring Melbourne. Pleasant and wonderful place, great for business trip. Welcoming staff, quick check-in and good bar. Neat unit with an old fashioned decor. Location just next door to the Spencer St Outlets, restaurants and transport, friendly staff, and very convenient for buses to airlort. Nearby King Jons Souvlaki Bar - great place to chill out.

No complaint, the hotel met the criteria. The breakfast was plentiful and amazing, the staff was really wonderful, the grounds were fairly clean. The room I had was big and cheap with a clean bathroom. The location was marvellous, a 10-15 minute walk from an interactive multilevel aquarium. The area was shopping near bus station, Spencer st shopping & Etihad stadium, Skybus transport to airport and Australia's.

The staff was respectful, provided an early check-in and a late check-out. The location was good, within easy walking distance of Bourke Street Mall. Visiting eateries and cafés close to the hotel was easy.

Decent sized units on level 9, we loved it.

Thank you very much guys for a nice stay for 2 nights. The location is marvellous and lovely, around 10-15 minutes walk from Crown Melbourne Casino. The bets part that its right by southern cross station, convenient transportation.

Views are dreadful.

Marvellous and fab location at a short distance from Docklands Stadium. And only 10 minutes walking to downtown. Cheap unit with comfortable bed.

I loved favourable and absolutely perfect location of this property.

The food was good and there were good choice of dishes in the menu. Location: the hotel was just next door to Marvel Stadium and Southern Cross station and Great southern Railway Station and all the trams around Melbourne. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Bar Humbug.

Pretty standard and functional accommodation with magnificent setting near happening pubs, many restaurants and the Southern Cross train station and the express bus to/from the Melbourne airport;)))

The breakfast with so many options in Melbourne for good coffee. Booked a room with good wifi. Very central location was a plus.

Conveniently located near a major train station and easy access from the airport. Helpful staff and clean, comfortable rooms. Great value for the price. Early check-in was accommodated. a pleasant stay with no major issues. 👍

It had all needed for short stay in Melbourne. The breakfast was plentiful and warm with so many options in Melbourne and good coffee, as for instance, the restaurant was excellent. The provided service was personalised.

Everything was good, good value. Overall it was a decent size and functional on level 9.
